INFORMATION WE COLLECT DIRECTLY FROM YOU

● We may provide content creators that supply the recipe that you utilize Grocers List to link to a third-party (e.g., Instacart) with your email address

In those instances, the third-party service providers may use the information only as necessary to provide the services to us and are contractually required to keep your information confidential and secure. For example:
● Website and application development providers
● Hosting, data storage and maintenance providers
● Communications providers, such as the delivery of promotional, marketing, and transactional materials
● Fraud prevention and security providers
When you choose to share your own information on a publicly-accessible area of the Site, or on a third-party website, such as Instagram or TikTok, that information will be available to anyone who is able to access that content, including other users.
We may share de-identified or aggregated analytics with third-party partners about how users interact with our Services, including usage patterns for certain programs, content services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality available through the Service.

The Site and Services may contain links to websites operated by parties other than us. We provide such links for your reference only. We do not control such websites and are not responsible for their contents or the privacy or other practices of such websites. It is up to you to read and fully understand their Privacy Policies. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or their privacy practices.
When you post on social media sites (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) that information will be available to anyone who is able to access that content, including other users.
IX. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS
The Site and Services are hosted in the United States and are intended solely for visitors located within the United States. You agree that if you choose to use the Site or Services from outside the United States, you will be transferring your information outside of those regions to the United States for storage and processing.
X. DO NOT TRACK
Pursuant to the California Online Privacy Protection Act, we do not currently honor “do not track” signals issued by browsers or other third-party sources.
